Janitorial Services for the Professional Registration State Office Building

The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Professional Registration State Office Building. The building has 33,829 total cleanable square feet and approximately 202 full-time employees. The contractor will be required to provide daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks to keep the building clean and free of dust, cobwebs, spots, spills, scuffs, and other debris. The contractor must also provide personnel with the necessary qualifications and experience to perform the required tasks. • The contractor must have at least two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 33,829 square feet. • The contractor must provide a Day Porter/Matron with at least two years of experience providing Day Porter/Matron services. • The contractor must provide a Working Supervisor/Contractor Contact Person with at least two years of experience directing cleaning type operations in a supervisory capacity. • The contractor must provide a Floor Care Specialist with at least two years of experience performing floor care services. • The contractor must provide equipment, supplies, and products necessary to perform the required tasks. • The contractor must maintain a quality assurance plan to ensure the janitorial services meet the state agency's quality standards and expectations.
