Description
The Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) is seeking bids for janitorial services at the China Trade Center. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) package, including requirements for the project, will be available for download on the BPDA Procurement Portal from November 17, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. All responses to this IFB must be returned no later than December 2, 2025, at 12:00 noon.
• The IFB is issued in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, as may be amended.
• The project involves providing janitorial services at the China Trade Center.
• The IFB package will be available for download on the BPDA Procurement Portal.
• Responses must be returned to Teresa Polhemus, Secretary, Boston Redevelopment Authority c/o Real Estate Administration, 12 Channel Street Suite 901, Boston MA 02110.
