Maintenance Plan for Mass Spectrometry Instrument

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a maintenance plan for a mass spectrometry instrument. The selected vendor will provide preventive maintenance for the Waters XEVO TQS micro-LC/MS/MS system to ensure continued and reliable measurement of dehydroascorbic acid and vitamin C in human and cellular samples. The service plan shall include full-service maintenance coverage, repair services, and access to trained and authorized service personnel. The maintenance requirements include at least one scheduled Performance Maintenance (PM) visit during the 12-month coverage period, and the service plan shall ensure the system operates at peak performance through proactive maintenance and support services. Key points of the opportunity include: • The service plan shall provide full-service maintenance coverage for the Waters XEVO TQS micro-LC/MS/MS system. • The coverage shall include Waters FlexCHOICE mySystem service plan for a period of twelve months. • The service plan shall include a minimum of one scheduled Performance Maintenance (PM) visit during the coverage period. • Preventive maintenance shall be performed using Waters Quality Parts and standardized service protocols by a certified Waters Field Service Specialist. • The service plan shall include repair services, including parts, labor, and technical support necessary to maintain system performance.
