Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide printer lease services for the Fort Bliss Garrison. The requirement includes replacing existing devices with new ones that can operate under an all-inclusive/unlimited print model. The contractor will be required to provide devices for three volume bands, each with different estimated monthly print volumes. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract, and quotes must be based on the estimated monthly volumes provided.
• The contractor must provide devices for Volume Band I (24 devices) with an estimated 10,000 copies per month.
• The contractor must provide devices for Volume Band II (57 devices) with an estimated 5-10,000 copies per month.
• The contractor must provide devices for Volume Band III (54 devices) with an estimated 5-10,000 black and white copies per month.
• The contractor must provide a finisher with hole punch for Volume Band I devices.
• The contractor must remove and surrender the hard drives to the end user at the end of the lease.
