Description
The Space Systems Command (SSC) is seeking information from potential contractors for the ROOSTER-6 Integration & Support Contract. The contract requires the integration of a secondary payload ring/platform capable of hosting multiple payloads to support national security missions. The integration of payloads will be for mission sets spanning across SSC and potentially other USSF or DoW partners. The contractor will be responsible for fully integrating separable and non-separable payloads into the host platform, supporting standard space vehicle environmental testing, launch and early on-orbit operations, and providing ability to support payloads at various classification levels.
• The host ring/platform will have a minimum operational design life of 2 years
• The contractor will be required to support late manifested payloads (less than L-12 months)
• The contractor will be required to support payloads at various classification levels up to and including TS/SCI and SAP
• The contractor will be required to work with ground-to-space communications systems and contractors
• The contractor will be required to work with Space Access System Program Office and their launch contractors
