FANUC Certified Education Training Program

Eastern Washington University is seeking bids for a FANUC Certified Education Training Program. The program includes the purchase of a FANUC CRX-5iA F-CERT-PCS FENCELESS Collaborative Robot Education Training Cart, FANUC CERT Instructor Training and Tool Kit, and FANUC CERT SCEP School Comprehensive Educational Package Instructor Training and Tool Kit. The equipment must be new and delivered to the university by February 2, 2026. Bidders must provide pricing information, complete and submit pages 2-4 of the RFQ document, and attach any supporting documentation. The university reserves the right to reject any and/or all quotes and to make the award to the lowest responsible and responsive vendor. • The contract will have the option to renew annually for an additional number of years at the sole discretion of EWU. • The bidder must provide a completed W-9 form and must be registered with the Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE) if applicable. • The bidder must provide three recent customer references, one of which should be in Higher Education or a State of Washington agency. • The bidder must provide information about the lead time between order and delivery, and the equipment must arrive on or before February 2, 2026.
