The City of Waycross is seeking a qualified water‑storage‑tank maintenance firm to enter a long‑term, full‑service agreement covering inspection, rehabilitation, repairs, recoating, washout, and preventive maintenance for seven elevated potable water tanks (total capacity ~3.75 million gallons). The contract will span a 10‑year horizon, require the contractor to perform mandatory on‑site inspections of all tanks before bidding, and obligate the provider to assume full responsibility for all maintenance issues, including emergency repairs and vandalism remediation.
