ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION - SMALL PROJECTS

The City of Charlottesville is seeking multiple contractors for miscellaneous site work construction services on an on-call/as-needed basis. The work will include but is not limited to sidewalks, curbing, drainage, wall construction, road construction and restoration, demolition, concrete work, minor utility work, site work, and surveying. The contractor will be required to provide all supervision, equipment, labor, and materials necessary to complete the work as described in the specifications. • The contractor must have the necessary licenses and certifications to perform the work. • The contractor must have experience in performing similar work. • The contractor must have the necessary resources and equipment to perform the work. • The contractor must be able to work on an on-call/as-needed basis. • The contractor must be able to provide a bid bond in an amount equal to 5% of the total monetary amount of the bid. • The contractor must be able to provide proof of insurance and bonds as required by the City.
