Description
The US Government is seeking a contractor to provide catering meal services for up to 550 personnel at Gwangju AB, Korea, from 07 April to 25 April 2026. The contractor will provide to-go style and cafeteria style meals for lunch and dinner, while the government will provide Unitized Group Rations for breakfast and midnight meals. The contractor must provide all materials, food, and beverages, and adhere to local laws and regulations regarding food preparation and handling.
• The contractor must provide a single Point of Contact (POC) that can be reached 24/7 for scheduling and issues.
• The contractor must report all incidents of damage or destruction to property, or personal injury or death, to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) immediately.
• The contractor must develop and maintain a quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor must comply with environmental and hazardous materials storage and handling requirements.
• The contractor must adhere to all local regulations pertaining to the handling and storage of hazardous materials.
