Q301--T-SPOT.TB Assay Testing

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting office 16, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price open market purchase order to Quest Diagnostics for T-SPOT.TB testing services. The required services include performance of the T-SPOT.TB assay, daily specimen pickup, secure transport, and compliance with all applicable CLIA, CAP, and VA reporting requirements. • The Government is looking for a contractor who can meet all performance, regulatory, stability-window, courier, and integration requirements necessary for T-SPOT.TB testing. • The contractor must be able to perform the T-SPOT.TB assay in-house, maintain CLIA and CAP accreditation, provide daily courier pickup, meet strict specimen stability windows, and comply with VA reporting requirements. • Interested parties who believe they can meet all requirements must submit clear and convincing evidence, including documented proof, for Government review to determine whether competition would be advantageous to the Government.
