Non-Revenue Car Washing Services

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority is seeking bids for non-revenue car washing services. The successful bidder will be required to provide car washing services for VTA's non-revenue vehicles. The contract will be for a term of three years, with two additional one-year options. The bidder must submit their bid through the VTA Procurement Website by July 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM P.T. • The bidder must have the equipment, organization, facilities, and financial capability to perform the services required by this solicitation. • The bidder must register and maintain an active registration with the US government's System for Award Management (SAM) in order to do business with VTA. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, orders, rules, and regulations. • The bidder must provide a schedule of prices and estimated quantities as part of their bid. • The bidder must have a good faith requirement to deal in good faith and truthfully with VTA.
