Single Source: Accelerating Medicines Partnership� Schizophrenia (AMP� SCZ): Data Processing, Analysis, and Coordination Center (DPACC) (U24 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)

The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) is announcing its intent to issue a single source cooperative agreement award to Brigham and Women's Hospital to support continuation of the AMP SCZ Data Processing, Analysis, and Coordination Center (DPACC). The DPACC will complete the processing and analysis of longitudinal multi-modal biomarker and clinical outcome data collected across 24 months. The award will utilize the U24 activity code and will be for a period of 24 months. The NIMH will have substantial programmatic involvement in the project, including attending steering committee meetings, participating in technical team meetings, and reviewing scientific progress. • The DPACC will be responsible for data processing, analysis, and coordination. • The DPACC will work with the Clinical Research Networks to distribute data, algorithms, and other resources to the wider scientific community. • The DPACC will participate in the Data Analytic Strategy Working Group and provide thought leadership in setting research priorities. • The DPACC will be required to submit a Data Management and Sharing Plan and to report on progress annually.
