Description
The West Virginia Office of Shared Administration (WVOSA), Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for Dragon Voice Recognition Software or equal, to establish a contract for ten (10) physician licenses for direct transcription into patient medical records by physicians. The contract will be for a period of 12 months. The required software should be able to provide voice recognition dictation services. Some of the key features of the required software include Dragon Medical One and PowerMic Mobile, Hosted Service, Subscription License for Voice Recognition Service, or equal.
• The contract is for the Department of Health Facilities, Welch Community Hospital.
• The software should be able to provide direct transcription into patient medical records by physicians.
• The contract will be for a period of 12 months.
• The vendor should be able to provide Philips SPEECHMIC Premium (PSP-SMP3700/00) Touch or equal.
