Description
The State of West Virginia is soliciting bids for chiller maintenance services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to three successive one-year periods. The successful vendor will be required to provide maintenance services for a Trane Series R helical rotary chiller, model RTAC 2504, located on the roof of Building 36-One Davis Square.
• The contract will require the vendor to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the maintenance services.
• The vendor will be required to provide a unit price for the maintenance services.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
• The successful vendor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
