Description
The Department of Agriculture & Industries is seeking a sole source quote to purchase Maintenance Services for three ABI 7500 Real-Time PCR Instruments. The maintenance services should include AB Assurance 1PM Maintenance Services, with a one-time fee for the period of 2/2/2026 - 2/1/2027. Suppliers must submit their quotes electronically in the Alabama Buys portal.
• The equipment to be maintained includes three 7500 Fast Real Time PCR Systems with serial numbers 2750110377, 2750110345, and 2750110368.
• Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote.
• The standard solicitation submission requirement to provide a “Supplier Part Number” has been removed, but may still be necessary for certain Quick Quotes.
