The City of Hialeah is seeking a contractor to replace an existing HVAC system and install an ADA-compliant stair lift at a residential home. The project involves the removal of the existing HVAC system, installation of a new high-efficiency HVAC unit, and installation of a stair lift. The contractor must ensure that all work complies with applicable building codes and safety standards. • The existing HVAC system is outdated and functioning inadequately. • The contractor must furnish and install a new HVAC system meeting the required 2-ton capacity. • The contractor must ensure proper integration with existing ductwork and ventilation systems. • The contractor must install a high-efficiency HVAC unit rated SEER 14 or higher. • The contractor must provide user training for the occupants upon completion of the stair lift installation.
