Description
The Fort Valley State University is seeking bids for the construction of the FVSUB 12026 Bond, Troup, Peabody Boiler Replacement project. The project involves the replacement of boilers in the Bond Building. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on January 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bid submission deadline is February 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The project requires the replacement of high and low-pressure boilers.
• The contractor must demonstrate sufficient cash flow to undertake the project.
• The contractor must have a commitment to safety with regard to Workers' Compensation.
• The contractor must have an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) over the past three years not having exceeded an average of 1.2.
• The contractor must have a Current Ratio of 1.0 or higher.
