The City of Thornton is seeking a vendor to supply fifteen complete solar street‑light assemblies (gray‑finished LED luminaire, solar panel, battery/controller, pole, mast arm, mounting hardware, and accessories) for the 84th Avenue Lighting Improvements project. The procurement is “all‑or‑none,” meaning the entire set of 15 lights must be awarded as a single contract. The bid package includes a detailed pricing form, a requirements‑traceability matrix, and standard proposal considerations that outline insurance, warranty, delivery, invoicing, and performance requirements.
