Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (Kansas City VA Medical Center) is seeking a small‑business vendor to supply, deliver, install, and commission one commercial pot‑pan‑utensil washer (Hobart PW20‑1 or equal) and provide on‑site operator training and a one‑year warranty. The work includes full installation, utility connections, removal of the existing unit, and post‑installation documentation. The contract is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside, award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable, and the delivery/installation must be completed within 60 days of order receipt. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 9/22/2026, and questions are due by 9/25/2026. The contract period runs roughly from mid‑October 2026 to mid‑January 2027.
• Supply one new commercial dishwasher (Hobart PW20‑1 or equal)
• Deliver, install, and commission the equipment in the main kitchen (Room mb.255)
• Provide all ancillary installation materials (fittings, anchors, wiring, etc.)
• Remove and dispose of the existing washer
• Conduct on‑site operator training and provide training manuals
• Provide a minimum 1‑year parts and labor warranty and OEM manuals
• Delivery FOB Destination, completion within 60 calendar days ARO
• Small‑business (SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, EDWOSB) set‑aside, LPTA evaluation
