Description
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking to procure reliable and cost-effective cable television services for three designated locations in Austin, Texas. These services will provide TWC employees with access to news, information, and other programming. The contract term will commence on the fully executed contract date and expire one year after execution date, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. The successful bidder must provide cable television services, including all necessary equipment and receivers, and meet specific technical specifications and installation requirements.
• The successful bidder must provide a diverse selection of national and local news and informational programming.
• The lineup must include access to channels covering Texas state government proceedings.
• The successful bidder must provide technical support during Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, via both telephone and email.
• The successful bidder must comply with all applicable requirements and terms and conditions specified in the solicitation.
