Authorized Caterpillar Equipment Service, Repair, Maintenance, and OEM Parts

The City of Pasadena is seeking a qualified vendor to provide authorized Caterpillar equipment service, repair, maintenance, and OEM parts on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor will be required to provide manufacturer-authorized diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services, and supply OEM parts for City-owned heavy equipment. The contract will start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. The vendor must have a minimum of three years of experience providing parts and repair services for Caterpillar equipment and demonstrate the ability to diagnose and repair Caterpillar equipment. Some key services that may be required include: • Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting • Mechanical, hydraulic, and engine repairs • Removal and installation of major components • Software-based diagnostics, calibration, and system updates The City reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any irregularity in any of the bids.
