Description
The Bryan County Board of Commissioners is seeking engineering and/or architectural firms to provide services for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing a preliminary engineering report and preliminary architectural report, and may be required to design and build a small community center building or Emergency Operations Center. The firm should have experience with CDBG programs and be licensed in the State of Georgia.
• The project includes water and wastewater extensions, road paving, and other civil engineering activities.
• The firm should have experience with similar projects and provide a list of references.
• The firm should submit a Statement of Qualifications Form and Section 3 Certification Form with their proposal.
• The project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended.
• Bryan County abides by various laws, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
