Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace double egress doors between the Domiciliary Bldg. 24, Bldg. 1, and Bldg. 29 with all associated hardware, door closure, etc. at the Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center in Bonham, TX. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, parts, and materials to furnish and install the doors. The period of performance is 90 days after the Notice of Award is issued. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and ensure performance is secure while protecting material, equipment, and supplies from damage and loss. Key aspects of the job include:
• Removing and replacing double egress swing doors
• Installing 77” DCS 4000 series double egress swing door automatic operator
• Providing all labor, tools, equipment, parts, and materials
• Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Ensuring performance is secure while protecting material, equipment, and supplies from damage and loss
• Maintaining the personnel, organization, and administrative control necessary to ensure that the work delivered meets the contract specifications and requirements
