Description
Vidalia City Schools is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance services and athletic field agronomic management & infield maintenance services. The contract term is one year with annual renewal options. The scope of services includes maintaining all turf areas, edging sidewalks, applying post-emergent herbicides, string trimming, and more. A mandatory site visit is required, and vendors are responsible for verifying all measurements and site conditions. The evaluation criteria include cost, experience & past performance, service plan & schedule, staffing & equipment, and more.
