Description
The Multnomah County is seeking bids for generator maintenance and repair services. The contract term shall be for a maximum of five years. The successful bidder will be required to provide maintenance and repair services for generators, including routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements. The bidder must also comply with all federal, state, and county laws, ordinances, and rules.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder who meets the minimum requirements.
• The bidder must submit a bid form and enter the total of Chart A into the items tab.
• The bidder must also upload the required documents, including the bid form and the cooperative purchasing vendor agreement.
• The contract will include provisions for payment, performance, and termination.
• The bidder must comply with the county's sustainable, responsible, and equitable business practices.
