Landscaping Services

The Village of North Chevy Chase is seeking a contractor to provide landscaping maintenance services, including edging, mulching, trimming, mowing, and garden maintenance, for certain public properties within the village. The contract will be for a term of three years, with an option for up to two additional one-year extensions. The contractor will be required to perform services over the course of eight months, beginning in April and ending in November. Some key responsibilities include: • Maintaining native plant gardens and removing weeds • Mowing and trimming turf areas • Pruning and shearing shrubs • Removing leaves and debris from storm drains and bus stops • Providing top soil, turf sod, and neonic-free native plants as needed. The village is looking for a contractor with experience in landscape maintenance services, particularly for municipalities. The contractor will be required to provide references, a pricing bid, and proof of insurance.
