Description
The Pease Development Authority is seeking a vendor to lease, deliver, install, service, and store 100 electric golf cars and 2 electric utility vehicles, each equipped with GPS fleet‑management and customer‑interface systems, for a four‑year period (2025‑2028). The contract also requires full maintenance, winter storage, and the ability to provide loaner vehicles within two business days of any repair request. Optional daily rental pricing must be included.
• Provide 100 new 2025‑model electric golf cars with GPS tracking, touchscreen interfaces, and full accessory packages.
• Provide 2 electric utility vehicles meeting specific load and performance specifications.
• Deliver comprehensive maintenance, winterization, and on‑site service (including a weekly service day) for the entire lease term.
• Supply optional daily rental rates and maintain insurance coverage meeting PDA’s minimum limits.
• Meet strict bid submission requirements (dual‑envelope, sealed, deadline Oct 29 2024) and a 90‑day bid validity period.
