Description
The Brooklyn Bridge Park (BBP) is issuing an RFP for a Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) contractor to supply, deliver, and install all interior furnishings for the 334 Furman St building renovation – approximately 21,000 sf of office, conference, café, and Education Center spaces. The scope includes providing the furniture items listed in the schedule, preparing shop drawings, coordinating with the architect (Gensler) and general contractor, and meeting NYC public‑sector compliance (M/WBE, prevailing‑wage, insurance).
• Supply and install a full inventory of office and education‑center furniture (chairs, benches, tables, rugs, storage, etc.) as detailed in Exhibit 5 R1 and Exhibit 2 Fee & Cost Schedule.
• Meet a delivery and installation deadline of July 28 2027, with all work coordinated on an active construction site.
• Comply with NYC Local Law 34, M/WBE participation goals (30 % subcontracting and workforce), and provide extensive insurance coverage naming BBP, the City, Gensler, and G&T as additional insureds.
• Submit a detailed cost schedule, M/WBE utilization plan, and required forms by September 22 2026.
