The Lowell Community Charter Public School is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to pre-qualify Filed Sub-bid Trade Contractors for the new Athletic & Community Center located at 265 Middlesex Street, Lowell, MA. The School will accept qualifications from interested bidders and will pre-qualify firms. Only pre-qualified firms will be allowed to bid on the project. The project includes various sub-bid categories such as Masonry, Misc. & Ornamental Metals, Waterproofing & Dampproofing, Tile, Acoustical Tile, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning, Electrical. • The RFQ will be available at www.biddocsonline.com • The RFQ will be made available on April 1, 2026 • The project title is LCCPS Athletic & Community Center (BDO# S26-BC43) • The estimated cost of the project is $20,000,000 • The project is subject to M.G.L. c. 149A, § 44D ¾ and 810 CMR 10.00
