CONCRETE REPAIRS AT HOCKANUM RIVER WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY

The Town of Manchester is soliciting proposals for the repair of concrete at the Hockanum River Water Pollution Control Facility. The project includes replacing and repairing concrete at the HRWPC facility plant and related areas. The contractor will be responsible for providing a clear plan for the repair and replacement of concrete, ensuring minimal disruption to the wastewater treatment operators, and completing the project on schedule and within budget. The evaluation criteria include plan and methods, schedule and low disruption, cost, and experience. • The contractor must provide a description and brief history of their firm, including location, length of time in business, and firm ownership structure. • The contractor must provide a list of all projects currently in progress and completed over the last five years, including project name, location, year of completion, type of contract, renovation cost, size, owner name, and reference with telephone number. • The contractor must provide an organization chart for staff proposed for this project, including detailed resumes for each person identified. • The contractor must provide a description of services they will utilize during each phase of the project to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget. • The contractor must list any involvement in litigation or arbitration with municipal clients and any clients that have terminated their services prior to completion of any project within the past ten years.
