RFP - SHORT AND LONG SLEEVE SHIRTS

The Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC is seeking qualified bids for long and short sleeve shirts for men and women. The shirts must meet the specifications outlined in the PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS document. Bids are to be returned to the Buyer, Patricia Haddock, no later than December 5th, 2025, at 5:00 PM CT. The winning bid(s) will be published, and the successful bidder(s) will be required to work with the Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC Accounting department to discuss account coding for invoices. • The bid should indicate hourly rate (when applicable), individual work effort, delivery schedule, or time of completion. • Any item(s) with exceptions, substitutions, exclusions, additions, or qualifications must be noted and clearly indicated on the return bid. • The procurement is subject to Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office regulations and may require a TERO Labor Agreement and payment of associated fees. • The successful bidder's award will be published on the Cherokee Nation's procurement website, and their performance will be measured, recorded, and reported to the Cherokee Nation.
