The contract will be a fixed‑price IDIQ with a three‑year base term and one optional two‑year renewal. Bidders must submit a complete electronic bid, product samples, a responsibility statement, pricing in the prescribed Excel format, and all required MWBE documentation. The award will be made to the lowest‑priced, responsible offeror that meets all mandatory requirements, including Symplr credentialing and, if applicable, boycott‑prohibition certifications.
