Description
Fort Bend Independent School District (FBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive music instrument repair and related services for its K‑12 schools. The contract will cover routine maintenance, emergency repairs, part replacements, and specialized services such as piano tuning for a variety of student and classroom instruments. Vendors must be able to respond through the district’s Bonfire electronic bidding system and demonstrate the capacity to service multiple locations across the district.
• Scope includes repair, maintenance, and parts supply for band, orchestra, and classroom instruments (e.g., strings, brass, woodwinds, percussion, keyboards).
• Services required on an ongoing basis throughout the contract term, with both scheduled and on‑call support.
• Vendors must possess appropriate certifications and insurance, and be able to meet Texas state procurement regulations.
• Estimated contract value is $50,000; proposals must be submitted by 10:00 AM CST on October 7, 2026.
• All communications, addenda, and questions will be managed through the Bonfire portal.
