Description
Luzerne County is seeking bids from qualified companies for Turf, Shrub, and Landscape Maintenance services for various locations, including the Luzerne County Courthouse, River Common, Courthouse Annex, and Records Retention/Coroner’s Office Building. The contract period will be for one year with a possible one-year extension. The scope of work includes landscape maintenance, planting bed maintenance, natural double shredded bark installation, fertilization program, turf mowing, and vegetation control. Bidders must have a Penn State Master Gardener and/or Horticulturist on staff and provide proof of insurance.
• The contract will require weekly/bi-weekly maintenance services, including deadwood removal, weeding, and mulch installation.
• The bidder must have experience in providing similar services to government entities.
• The bidder must provide a detailed cost proposal, including unit prices and total prices for each work item.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances related to this submission.
