Description
Hays County is seeking to develop a pool of professional right-of-way acquisition services for projects throughout the county on an as-needed basis. The services may include appraisal and appraisal review, negotiations, relocation assistance, escrow and title coordination, closing coordination, eminent domain support, disposal of property, and project management and administrative services. The county intends to use this RFQ process to efficiently select qualified professionals. Any entity may submit a response to this RFQ provided it is qualified to perform the scope of services described.
• The RFQ process will assist the county in selecting qualified professionals.
• The pool of pre-qualified firms will be used to quickly negotiate contracts with competent and qualified entities.
• The services may include federally funded, state funded, and locally funded projects.
• The county reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions.
• The RFQ does not commit the county to award a contract or issue a purchase order.
