The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking eligible vendors to provide a capabilities statement for the design of the Upgrade Pharmacy and Pharmacy Compounding Suite HVAC project at the Kansas City VA Medical Center. The project requires Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services to produce stand-alone Construction Documents, Reports, and Specifications. The design team is expected to be knowledgeable about current Pharmacy regulations and VA requirements. The construction magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The required services include: • Site Investigation • Architectural Design • Condition Assessment • Construction drawings and specifications • Third party construction estimates • Construction Period Services and Air Monitoring • Conduct Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) in conjunction with VA Safety/Infection Control staff
