The Alabama Department of Revenue is seeking a supplier to provide data entry services for certain tax returns. The supplier will be required to key tax returns from image using a web-based third-party application, and will be assigned to various data entry queues. The supplier must provide a cost per page within the Alabama Buys portal, and must comply with all applicable laws of the United States and the State of Alabama. The contract will be for a period of time to complete the backlog and then move forward to current day volume, with a minimum of 1470 work hours per month. • The data entry queues require additional keying that can lead to backlogs. • The supplier will be required to review errors with employees and take corrective actions. • The supplier must provide single point of contact support for any billing or performance issues. • The supplier must comply with confidentiality and use of data requirements. • The supplier must provide a business continuity/disaster recovery plan. • The supplier must have a reliable and secure internet connection. • The supplier must provide employees with computers that can access the web-based third-party application. • The supplier must test and assist ALDOR with troubleshooting any issues related to Azure SSO access to the web-based third-party application.
