Budget estimate

$1,500,000 – $2,500,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value, but the commodity code indicates a project “Open/over $1 M”. Considering the scope (550 kW solar array, civil works, equipment, design, commissioning) and typical unit costs for utility‑scale solar (~$2,500–$3,500 per kW installed), the total contract is likely between $1.5 million and $2.5 million. This range reflects material costs, labor, engineering, and contingency allowances.
