The State of North Dakota’s Information Technology Department is seeking a vendor to supply a catalog of 35 individual desk‑phone models (Yealink and Poly) that are Microsoft Teams Voice compatible. Each model must be priced separately on a firm‑fixed, FOB‑Destination basis, with freight and handling included. The contract is a one‑year base period with up to three one‑year renewal options and a possible additional 12‑month extension. Vendor must be registered in NDBuys, carry required insurance, and meet state compliance requirements.
• Supply and deliver Yealink and Poly Teams‑compatible desk phones (35 distinct SKUs, Qty 1 each).
• Provide unit pricing that includes freight to the Bismarck, ND delivery site; all titles transfer on delivery.
