Description
The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Reuter-Stokes, LLC for the procurement of Helium proportional counters. The requirement includes two types of counters with different specifications. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Reuter-Stokes, LLC, but all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
• The procurement includes 40 units of HE-3 PROPORTIONAL COUNTER 1 inch Diameter x 7.3 inch Active Length and 20 units of HE-3 PROPORTIONAL COUNTER 1 inch Diameter x 20 inch Active Length.
• The applicable NAICS Code is 334519 - Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing.
• All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM).
