The Alabama Aquatic Biodiversity Center (AABC) is seeking a vendor to supply a full set of 12‑inch PVC storm‑water drainage pipe and associated fittings for a pond drainage project at 2200 Highway 175, Marion, AL. The scope is limited to material supply and delivery (no installation). All items must be BABA‑compliant, meet ANSI/AWWA standards, and be delivered by the required date. The solicitation is a Quick‑Quote (RFQ) and is open for a brief five‑day window. • Supply 23 × 20‑ft lengths of C900 DR18 12‑in PVC pipe (total 460 ft). • Provide 12‑in bales with rubber‑gasketed joints, 6 mechanical‑joint long‑sleeve couplings, compact ductile‑iron fittings (C153), and 12 PVC wedge‑restraint gland packs (150 psi). • All materials must be “green pipe” where possible, ANSI/AWWA‑approved, and delivered to the AABC site by 3/13/2026. • Vendor must be Build America, Buy America (BABA) compliant and submit the required BABA certification form with the quote. • Delivery costs are to be included in the quoted price; no installation or construction services are required.
