The Sulphur Springs Union School District (SSUSD) is seeking a vendor to provide a full‑service lease‑purchase of new photocopiers, along with installation, networking, electrical work, training, and comprehensive maintenance for a multi‑site K‑12 district. The contract will replace an aging fleet of IR Adv DX 8786i and other models across ten school sites and several district offices, with a 5‑year lease term beginning July 1 2026. The district requires rapid onsite response (≤ 4 business hours), loaner equipment for repairs exceeding 48 hours, and print‑management software that supports macOS and pin‑code user authentication. Vendors must be located within 60 miles of Santa Clarita, provide OEM‑certified technicians, and supply three public‑school references from neighboring counties.
• Replace existing copiers at 10 school sites + district offices with new models meeting or exceeding detailed performance specifications (speed, paper capacity, duty cycle, security, etc.).
• Provide a fixed‑price lease‑purchase and full‑service maintenance package for up to five years, including parts, supplies, preventive maintenance, and rapid service calls.
