Security Gate Maintenance and Repair Services

The U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) is seeking sources for security gate maintenance and repair services. The requirement includes providing preventive maintenance, non-emergency repairs, and on-call emergency repair services for thirteen automated gate systems. The contractor must ensure that all maintenance, parts, and repairs meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and industry safety standards. • The gate systems include gate operators and control systems manufactured by HySecurity, LiftMaster, and FAAC, integrated with the AMAG Technology access control platform. • The contractor must demonstrate the ability to self-perform at least 50% of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel. • The contractor must have experience with electromechanical and hydraulic gate operators, access control loop detectors, and safety systems. • The contractor must be able to meet the on-site emergency response times of 24 hours for critical gates and 48 hours for non-critical gates.
