Vehicle tire repair and replacement services

The City of Austin is seeking a qualified contractor to provide vehicle tire repair and replacement services for City of Austin vehicles and equipment on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for an indefinite quantity, and the City reserves the right to purchase more or less of the quantities during the contract term. The contractor will be required to provide a price sheet and offer and acceptance submittals. The City will evaluate bids based on best value, considering factors such as price, responsiveness, and responsibility. • The contract term will commence upon execution and continue until all obligations are performed. • The City may extend the contract beyond the initial term at its sole option. • The contractor must comply with all City ordinances, including those related to wage theft and non-discrimination. • The contractor must provide certification that they have not been adjudicated for certain offenses related to wage theft. • The contractor must complete the City of Austin Wage Theft Training within 30 days of contract execution.
