Rubber Mulch for Signage

The City of Columbia is seeking quotes to provide all equipment, labor, and materials necessary to install rubber mulch around the new "Welcome to Columbia" signs at three locations around the City. The scope of services includes installing approximately 390 sq. ft. of brown rubber mulch at a minimum of 2" depth in an L pattern, removing any soil and adding necessary amendments, installing a layer of non-woven geofabric, and installing rubber edging. The contractor shall also install plants and solar panel posts as specified.
