6515--Surgical Instruments- Fibula-ortho, foot, and ankle surgical procedures

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources capable of providing surgical instruments used in ortho, tibia, foot, and ankle surgical procedures. The required supplies/services include fibula, distal tibia, and core ankle instruments, as well as surgical instrument trays. The instruments must be designed for ortho, foot, and ankle surgical procedures, provide small and/or large fragment plating, stabilize bone fractures, and be compatible with the AxSOS 3, Stryker Plating System, and Pangea Platform. • The instruments must be made of surgical-grade material. • The instruments must match all surgical instrument sets listed. • The supplier must provide information about their company, including size, capabilities, and pricing. • The supplier must comply with the Buy American Act and provide information about the country of origin and domestic content of the products.
