The City of Salina is seeking qualified contractors to perform surface preparation and protective‑coating painting on the North Ohio Street Bridge and associated structures. The work includes cleaning, priming, and applying finish coats to steel fences, concrete barriers, railings, and a variety of lighting poles, both on‑bridge and adjacent.
