Landscaping Materials Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA

The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is seeking sources that can provide landscaping materials to support day-to-day operations at Riverside National Cemetery. The contractor must furnish all labor, transportation, and incidentals necessary to procure and deliver bulk landscape materials to Riverside National Cemetery within seven days of order placement. The materials required include amended topsoil, mulch, rock, gravel, sand, and steel edging. The contract will have a base year and four 12-month options. • The contractor must deliver materials by dump-load only, no bagged materials will be accepted. • The contractor must coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). • The contractor must provide materials that meet the specifications outlined in the Statement of Need (SON). • The contractor must provide a warranty for the materials delivered, with a duration of 90 calendar days for soils, mulches, sand, and gravel, and one year for steel edging.
