EPCOT Generators Decommission and Removal

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is seeking bids for the decommissioning and removal of EPCOT generators. The scope of work includes disconnecting and removing two 12.5KV generators, demolishing 15KV generator switchgear, and closing out underground overflow tanks. The contractor must provide a State of Florida Electrical License and comply with local, state, and federal codes and standards. • The project requires the removal of two 12.5KV generators and associated enclosures. • The demolition of 15KV generator switchgear is also required. • The contractor must close out and abandon underground overflow tanks and associated piping. • A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 11, 2025. • The contractor must provide a State of Florida Electrical License.
