Indian Health Service - Cisco Network Equipment and Software Maintenance

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a 12‑month maintenance contract to provide comprehensive support for its Cisco network infrastructure. The contract must cover hardware replacement, software updates, TAC technical assistance, and subscription renewals for all listed Cisco devices—including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, DNA Center appliances, and Nexus switches—across its Albuquerque, NM, and Rockville, MD sites. Only Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) vendors are eligible, and the contractor must be an authorized Cisco partner.
